Rent Guarantee & Rent Pooling

The Developer will guarantee the rent for each condominium unit for the first two years following the closing date of their unit(s) subject to a normal vacancy allowance of 5% per annum. Purchasers condominium units purchased will be enrolled in a Rent Pooling Program with other investors. This has the advantage of averaging out short term vacancies across a larger number of units.
